Crystal provides her services to the Rutgers New Start Career Group. These are folks, like myself, out of work for a while who need help getting back into the workforce. Crystal's four week presentation on Branding, Resumes, and Cover Letters was excellent. The four weeks aspect kept me committed to attend all classes. We often don't think of a job search as marketing/branding ourselves. The interactive resume and cover letter sessions used real samples from us which allowed Crystal and the other attendees to provide comments. So, I had good feedback to better my documents. Just as the last session ended, I received a call for an interview and later was offered a job. Yay!
